2020 Highlights Shows! Join us!

We thank everyone who joined us at the ALL STOP and the few other places we were able to perform in 2020! 

We especially thank everyone who joined us for David Heim’s Graduation party in August. Our show there, and David’s performance of his originals was the best!  David graduated, with honors, from Berklee College of Music in Boston. He then joined Crowne Studios in Austin as producer.  He’s in Madison, now, performing with the Highlights and running his own studio on Drake Street and creating his own original beats.  Thank you, again for helping us give him a party in 2020!

January 5, 2014  Sunday Dance Party – 7:15-10:00 pm at the VFW on Lakeside Street CANCELED DUE TO THE COLD!!! Stay home, be sweet, don’t freeze those dancin’ feet!

February 9, 2014  Sunday Dance Party – 7:15-10:00 pm at the 5100 Club in McFarland  Join us for dancing and fun.  A beginners dance lesson in included with your $10 cover charge and begins at 6:30 pm.  The Highlights will be on from 7:15-10:00.  Dancers of all skills are welcome.  Singles and couples are welcome.  When the Highlights play the dance, you can bet there will be some fun mixers so be sure to come out to meet new dancers!

It is always a pleasure for us to perform for this terrific group of dancers.  The club meets and enjoys dinner and a dance.  While the events are for members…the group is open to interested folks attending one or more of their meetings to get a feel for the group and see if membership is the right thing.  Contact Marcy and she’ll hook you up with a club representative.

NOTE FROM MARCY — Sorry to all for needing to cancel the above date.  Our son, RJ, was selected to sing with a national choir in New York City in Carnegie Hall!!  We jumped at the chance to see him perform and it was an amazing experience.  Our thanks to Old School for stepping in for us.

Drew promises not to sing….but don’t you believe it!  This year NO RAIN – we promise!!  Free Concerts at Riverside Park (between Associated Bank and Tamarack along the Levee) – concerts start 6:30 pm.Bring your chairs and blankets and listen to the sounds of music during the summer. You can bring your own picnic dinner or order carry-out from a local restaurant. Desserts will be served by local non-profit groups.
